Sweat it

This is my EXERCISE page where I post some of my favorite workouts that I've learned over the last few years. I've played sports since I was a 1st grader and have always been athletic. Unfortunately age, alcohol and desk jobs have taken their toll and now I have to go to the gym weekly and watch what I eat in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. 
 Some of these I've picked up from my personal trainer, Dylan, at LA Fitness and others from my good friend Patricia Sylvester (Click here for her website: Miss Triche) who heads up weekend boot camps and workout classes at Portland State University. 

**Just remember that I am no fitness guru -- so consult your doctor or a personal trainer before you do these exercises. It is also possible to modify your workouts depending on your history of injury or current issues.
